Welcome to Drawlio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drawlio mobile application (the "App") provided by Drawlio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Drawlio is a mobile drawing application that provides users with a library of 100+ curated drawings and uses augmented reality (AR) and camera overlay technology to help users trace and create artwork on real paper. The App offers two primary modes:
- AR Mode — uses device AR capabilities to project drawings onto a real surface for precision tracing
- Canvas Mode — overlays drawings on the camera feed for freehand tracing
3. Eligibility
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), you should use the App only under parental or guardian supervision.
4. License and Use
4.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App to create content that infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All drawings, designs, artwork, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, and other content included in the App are the property of Drawlio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The drawing templates provided in the App are licensed for personal use only.
5.2 Your Creations
Any physical artwork you create using the App as a tracing guide belongs to you. However, the underlying digital templates and designs remain the property of Drawlio.
6. Camera and Device Permissions
The App requires access to your device's camera to function properly. By granting camera access, you acknowledge that:
- Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not recorded or transmitted
- You are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the camera feature
- You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of AR projections or drawing templates
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drawlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Device damage or malfunction
- Inability to use the App
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the App's content
9. App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the more restrictive terms shall apply.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time to add new features, improve performance, or fix bugs. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
